This project is a single-family residential community designed for adults 55 and older, envisioned to offer a resort-style living experience inspired by Central Florida's tropical landscape.

In collaboration with Daly Design Group, our team developed the project from concept through construction documentation, including the Master Plan, Landscape, Hardscape and Irrigation design.
The community amenities feature a Clubhouse with resort style pool, open recreational areas, and a 1/4 Mile walking trail with outdoor fitness stations, creating a vibrant and engaging environment for residents to enjoy wellness and social connection.

Results
The project delivered a high quality community amenity experience, uniting functional features (walking trail, fitness stations, clubhouse with pool) with a tropical landscape aesthetic typical of Central Florida. My planting and irrigation plans have helped minimize water consumption and simplify upkeep. The resort design has elevated resident lifestyle, creating spaces they use daily for wellness, gathering, and relaxation.
